The latest version of Observer focuses on:

  • Improvement in the software’s overall performance
  • Addition of new license managers, including Sentinel and others
  • Continuous improvement of the user experience and bug fixes
Observer 6.5 released on September 30, 2021

Observer is evolving with its agent-based monitoring system:

  • In addition to retrieving “denied” records, the agents perform direct queries on the license servers and send the data to Observer
  • Increase in monitoring frequency from 30 minutes (remote queries only) to 5 minutes (with the help of agents)
  • More precise data can be viewed in all charts thanks to the new “Observer High Frequency” module, which displays data collected by the agents
  • Retaining the classic 30-minute charts
